For Pink’s Beautiful Trauma Tour, we developed custom high-power LED units designed for touring conditions. These compact, lightweight fixtures delivered a strong visual impact while meeting the demanding technical and environmental requirements of a global concert production.
The LED units needed to deliver 40W of output in a 200x200x30 mm housing, while remaining waterproof and operational in temperatures up to 50°C. The fixtures had to be easily daisy-chainable and lightweight for efficient rigging and transport. We engineered a robust electronic and mechanical solution that balanced power, durability, and form factor within tight constraints.
The result was a series of high-performance LED units that integrated seamlessly into the tour’s visual design. Their compact size and rugged build enabled smooth setup and operation across diverse venues and climates worldwide.
